I absolutely love Europe, and a lot of my family still lives there. I was born there, lived much of my younger life there, and even graduated high school there. It’s what you would call my “day” job and I love it!įun fact. I have been in the Real Estate field doing many different things for over 10 years. I also love all things chocolate, and Amazon Prime! I am a country and pop music lover, smashed penny collector, and former high school basketball player.

I live to create memories! I love camping, road trips, and anything that means I get to pack a suitcase! In my free time, I love Binge watching something on Netflix or Hulu. We only get one life and each day needs to be lived to the fullest. I am an adventurer and love all things travel related. I am laid back and enjoy the little things in life. These past 9 years have truly been a blessing. Since photography is what I am truly passionate about, it made perfect sense to drop the word design and studio and go with a fresh, new look! I am extremely excited to see what the future brings. It has been an amazing journey! I have photographed thousands of sessions, met so many people, and built the best friendships.įast forward to Mid 2019, I decided to re brand my already established business with the name, Lisa Ortiz Photography. I offered photography and graphic design services. A year later, in August of 2011 I launched Lisa’s Design Studio. He purchased my first DSLR camera back in 2010 and really pushed me to chase my dream of one day owning my own business. My husband plays a huge role in my life as he is my number one supporter. Photography was always a hobby of mine, however I never imagined it would become my dream come true. Soon after, I quickly realized I was itching for something more.
In 2007 I graduated from NMSU with a degree in Digital Graphics Technology.
